Paula Marques has fifteen years of experience in luxury hospitality. After all this years Paula decide founded BEHOST Hospitality Consulting in 2018 to offer hospitality clients access to her expertise and vast network, while helping them deliver on their brand strategy and supporting their pre-opening and existing operations.

Prior to founding BEHOST Hospitality Consulting, Paula spent fifteen years in luxury operations. In her first role, after graduating on Hotel Administration, she had worked in Deutsche Lufthansa Airline, Opened the brand new Aquafalls Resort and Spa, operated the iconic Vintage House Hotel, renovated Vidago Palace Hotel Golf and Spa & the innovative concept of Pedras Salgadas with the famous Tree Houses, of the famous architect Luis Rebelo de Andrade and more recently Paula challenged the hotel business in Portugal with the concept he created for Verride Palácio de Santa Catarina.

Paula has a special commitment to team training, the service is the main factor for success, people are her motivation, Paula is engaged in various leadership roles, teaches at hospitality programmes and moderates a number of industry events.
